8.6Verified guest“The room was spotless and we were upgraded to one with a balcony. Staff were exceptional and incredibly accommodating — everything was great.”
8.6Verified guest“Check-in was fast, staff were polite (some speak Russian). The room was spacious with a kitchenette (stove, all necessary dishes and cutlery). Two bottles of beer and two waters were free daily. The employee said access to the sauna and fitness room was free (we didn't check, out of time). The restaurant was good, open until 23:00, which helped when we arrived late after a long drive — we had a snack instead of hunting for a cafe. Internet was fast and stable.”
8.6Verified guest“We stayed 3 days for the marathon. It's 45 minutes to the centre by tram and metro. A supermarket is 200 metres away. Nice, very cosy, clean rooms with balcony. Staff were friendly and spoke English, even Russian (manager Nino). We had a kitchen corner with fridge, cutlery, microwave, stove, kettle, and dishwasher. Free beer and water in the fridge were very helpful. Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and varied — even champagne on Sunday. Nearby, the Italian restaurant La Familia was tasty, cosy, and affordable.”
8.6Verified guest“A nice stay at excellent value. Staff were courteous, the location was stunning and very quiet. The double room was spacious, fairly quiet, with comfortable beds.”
8.6Verified guest“The hotel was delightful, a small property overlooking a garden. The location was great and beautiful, a medium distance from Berliner Allee Street. It's near a park, 9 stops by tram, which ran frequently.”
